Why I give Ontario Chrysler a top rating - Raymon Mikhail the sales agent - I received excellent service - He did not try to up sell or change what I wanted - I am from out of town. He gave me honest upfront pricing ( no bate and switch) - Raymon was available on my schedule - Comparing Raymon to the sales agent that I had in town he went the extra mile - because of the large inventory I got the vehicle I wanted and the color that was fresh off the truck no one had ever test driven this vehicle. - I received excellent value for the money. On a base model I got $1700 in add-ons and the vehicle was $1600 less out the door price than I would have paid in my hometown with no add-ons - The only criticisms that I could mention it is the lack of a heated indoor presentation area. The only reason why I mentioned this is that it was -19° when I picked up the vehicle. With saying this the vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. :-) I can honestly say that I do not have any buyers remorse and I highly recommend Raymon and this dealership.
