Very pleasant and patient salesperson It has been 13 years since my last car purchase and I was nervous about car shopping.I had gone to a few dealerships but each time left feeling frustr It has been 13 years since my last car purchase and I was nervous about car shopping.I had gone to a few dealerships but each time left feeling frustrated knowing that I would have to spend another Saturday looking.This past Saturday was my lucky day when I was walking around the car lot and was pleasantly approached by a gentleman named Magdy.He was soft spoken and took a keen interest into listening about the type of car I was looking for.Magdy answered all of my questions carefully and took the time to demonstrate features I was unfamiliar with...like keyless start which I never seen before! Magdy offered to take me for a test drive and his calm manner and great sense of humor made me relax and really enjoy the ride and realize this is a good car for me.Even on the pickup day I asked Magdy to review some of the features of the car and he suggested another drive together so I could feel comfortable .Even my husband said Magdy was a really good guy and would go see him when he needs a car.Driving home from work today I put my hazard lights on by mistake and could not figure out how to take them off so I panicked...then I called Magdy and he glady told me what button I had pressed....what a relief ! Fantastic customer service!! Been shopping and looking for a truck for a few months we ran out of dealerships in aurora and wasn't receiving the customer service that I was lookin Been shopping and looking for a truck for a few months we ran out of dealerships in aurora and wasn't receiving the customer service that I was looking for. We looked on line and saw that Ontario Chrysler had a large inventory or rams 1500, We called the dealership and spoke to Marc who was very polite, professional and very informative. He assured us that if we came to see him he would take very good care of us and give us the best price. Arriving at the dealership Marc received us very excited and had a few trucks lined up for us. We saw one that we really liked and he gave us a quote that was substantially less other dealerships we visited.
