That repair was not fully tested and resolved so ended up taking the car to Ontario Chrysler where they properly diagnosed the work remaining and completed the repair. Our subsequent experience with the Business Manager was equally professional and helpful albeit a process! Should you be fortunate enough to strike a successful deal, be sure to take a briefcase on pick-up, the amount of paperwork for warranty, coverages and finance is quite substantial, lol! More

I had done my homework prior to setting foot in Ontario Chrysler, and thought I had figured out the best trim level and option package to suit my needs, at the best value. Though prior to my showing up, Matthew did his homework as well. The result being that I ended up with a higher trim level, optioned out as I needed, for a lower price. Nice to see a sales rep fully understand their product line, and know how to apply it to a customers needs. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with Matthew or Ontario Chrysler again. More
