Seamless no hassle buying experience with Mathew Techlowicz Have been researching and browsing new wranglers in dealerships within 100 km of my hometown of Belleville for some time. although small town dealers Have been researching and browsing new wranglers in dealerships within 100 km of my hometown of Belleville for some time. although small town dealers, in theory are supposed to be friendly, none could bring in a Wrangler in the price range I was interested in, and a couple of dealers weren't that friendly, to the contrary, rather rude! So I chose 5 dealerships in the Toronto area, sent them each an email outlining what I was after, options, price range, etc. within 15 minutes MATHEW TECHLOWICZ of Ontario Chrysler phoned me up and informed me he could get me what I was after Within 3 hours, following a few emails and phone calls back and forth, Mathew emailed me a sales agreement and the purchase was made. He was accommodating in switching in, switching out some options on my wrangler(roof colour), and adding a soft top as well. I'm very happy with Mathews efficient, professional and polite approach. He even picked me up at the airport when I arrived in Toronto three days later to receive my wheels. Mathew was most thorough, to the point , no BS and is thus highly rcommended More

THERE WAS A NICE SITTING AREA BUT NO COFFEE OR WATER FOR WAITING CUSTOMERS. THEY GAVE US A BARGAIN PRICE AS THEY CALLED IT ON A INSTALLED HITCH FROM HITCH CITY (1km AWAY). I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS AT COST WITHOUT MARK UP. I WENT TO HITCH CITY MYSELF TO INQUIRE. IT WAS ACTUALLY $350 LESS. TIMES MAY BE TO GOOD NOW FOR THIS DEALERSHIP......... More

I have recently purchased through financing a brand new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan and I wish to openly share my experience with you. When I can in last week, I did not know to expect. We had our 2 loud kids with us pulling us from left to right and running around the cars. 1 minute in, Rabi (I think that is his name) introduces us to a young gentleman in sales who would be our guide to buying a new car. His name is Tyson Thompson. From the beginning, Tyson was very friendly, approachable, not too aggressive or pushy, well mannered and very nice to our kids throughout the whole experience. As a sales representative myself for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise for the last 10 years, I can say Tyson is well onboard to become one of the best and brightest young stars your company will have to offer. My wife and I had many obstacles in our way, such as questions about methods of payment (finance, least, trade in etc...) and Tyson was able to answer 99% of the questions. The 1% he could not, he knew who to go to for the right answer and came back to us within a very acceptable customer Service Level Agreement for our convenience. What makes Tyson such a great sales rep is his innate ability to perfectly balance the aggressive sales approach with the farming type of sales approach which in our books was such a delight to deal with. He knew exactly when to push and when to back off! The deal Tyson got us was excellent and fair, we got the right car for our needs and he did it with such speed and finesse even as he was working against the clock which we provided as this has to be done within a set timeframe. Not once did Tyson seem worried and his confidence rubbed off on us and we knew we were in the right hands. Tyson delivered from top to bottom. We came to see Tyson 3 times and each time it was a delight to see him. With a constant smile on his face, I see a very bright future for this young man at your firm. If Tyson keeps treating his customers or potential customers the same way, whether or not he gets a sale that day, there is no way he won't make a good impression with his skillset. We are very happy he was recently hired to work at your company (he seemed like a veteran with his sound knowledge of cars and selling skills and attributes) and we wish him all the best.
