Under a time crunch, they were able to fix the problem (quality work completed) while making the deadline requested (time management) and meeting my overall expectations. Anthony provided constant updates to myself to ensure I knew what was being done, which helped me to remain calm. His calm demeanor and empathy went a long way and I am very pleased with the outcome. The following week we visited multiple dealerships of varying brands to try to find just the right vehicle for us. One thing we found with most of the dealerships was that the sales staff were either too busy or very uninformed about their products. On the fourth night of our vehicle hunt we found Gord at Ontario Chrysler. I explained to Gord the circumstances and told him I needed this to be as little hassle as possible as to get us back on the road fast. Gord's response was, "no problem, this will be simple". Within an hour we had decided on exactly what we wanted, signed the deal, and left a deposit. Less than a week later our brand new vehicle arrived exactly to the specs we wanted. I have bought many vehicles in my life and I can honestly say no vehicle purchase was as easy or hassle free as this van. It really was "Simple". Furthermore, both times we went to the dealership it was reasonably late in the evening due to my work hours; Gord stuck around with us past 9:30 both nights to make sure we fully understood all the features and the additional "add-ins" that Ontario Chrysler provides for their customers. Long and short of it, the guy is great, and we will definitely be back when we need our next vehicle in a few years. More
