Peter, great salesman and a wonderful person My wife and I came to this dealership to buy ourselves a set of wheels. We were unsure whether we should go for a new car or an used car. Since it was the first time buying a vehicle in Canada, we were unsure on which direction to go. Our dilemma was resolved when we met Peter at Ontario Chrysler. He understood our situation exactly and guided us on a vehicle selection as per our family needs well as our budget. He is one of the most patient salesman I have ever met. Never hard pushed us for any purchase. Due to our working hours, we used to reach the dealership late, and Peter was there for us cheerful as ever even at 9pm. I do tend to get picky sometimes, but he answered all our queries and was very patient even when we kept toggling back and forth the vehicles selection. The entire process was so smooth, it was easier buying a $27000/- vehicle than $27 groceries, so you can image how well planned and efficient this dealer is. A special thanks to Usman from finance, who got us an unbelievable interest rate and I can tell he worked very hard for it. Especially with us being new to the country and not have amazing credit scores. Everyday I start our new Dodge Journey 2016, I thank Peter and Usman for helping me buy this vehicle, which indeed performs exceptionally well even after being reasonably priced. Incredible Service & Honesty After seeing an advertisement online for a 2012 Ford-F150 FX4 I visited Ontario Chrysler for a test drive. As soon as I arrived Richard Mroz greeted m After seeing an advertisement online for a 2012 Ford-F150 FX4 I visited Ontario Chrysler for a test drive. As soon as I arrived Richard Mroz greeted me with a smile, listened to my needs and within minutes took me for a test drive. Richard spared me from all the traditional sales pitches and treated me like family...his sole ambition was to make certain that I was happy. He answered all my inquires without hesitation...which is unusual in this industry. After our test drive we discussed what I required to be happy with my purchase. This included a few cosmetic fixes & 2 new tires...in addition he assured me that the vehicle will be reconditioned and road worthy inspected top to bottom and made safe. At this point I was extremely confident and decided to make the purchase. He took the offer back to his manager and came back with an agreement...without the traditional haggling over 100's of dollars which is customary in this industry. I was going to sell my current 2007 F-150 privately because every other dealership offered me peanuts for this truck and I knew I could get a lot more for it. Richard has his team assess my vehicle and he offered me exactly what I was going to sell it for privately. At this point I was in shock this was truly honest and incredible service...Richard Mroz who I just met was a great man that believed in making people happy. This was not an illusion this guy really cared for his customers. I left a down-payment and eagerly awaited to pick up my new wheels. The day I arrived to pick up the truck Richard reviewed everything that was done to the vehicle. The brakes could have passed certification however Richard went into his own commissions and made sure that the brakes & rotors were replaced with new parts. I could not believe Richard & Ontario Chrysler went to that extreme to absolutely make sure that I would be beyond happy. Really at this point I pinched myself thinking this was a dream...we went in to finalize the transaction and I drove away in euphoria. One other notable mention was that I hate wasting time...Richard was awesome because he realized this without me even mentioning it and provided a thorough speedy service. I would recommend Richard Mroz & Ontario Chrysler to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty without overpaying for a purchase. (Constatine) This gentleman in my opinion never once made me feel like he was selling me anything. He genuinely asked me what I was looking for, if I had time for him to find me the best deal and if he could make any suggestions. it did not even take him more than 2 days to find me the vehicle of my dreams and it was below my budget! although I was not able to pick the car up the day it arrived at the dealership, constatine was very accommodating when I was ready to bring my family to view the vehicle and treated them as well with such respect. all the other sales staff who were at the dealership every single time I was there were equally as respectful. all who were more than happy to offer me something to drink, make sure I was okay and also treated my family very well. if you are considering purchasing a new vehicle I would strongly recommend visiting this dealership. Gord Pich = good sales person. I met Gord over the telephone and made a deal first 15 minutes after I met him in person. Next month I came back and bought another vehicle from him.
