It was a very stress free experience. Word of advice- do your research on extended warranties, fabric protection etc. before you are sent to that room after the sale. That wasn't as stress free. It was truly unbelievable what I ended up getting for my money because of all the help from Rick and Joe at the dealership... Even the continued follow up advice and service since owning my new Jeep has been way beyond anything I've ever seen or experienced anywhere else since I've been either purchasing, financing or leasing vehicles of any kind.
