Dealer had sales rep phone my financial institution to see if Bank Draft legitimate.....that took another 2 hrs???? Not the sales rep's fault.....Dealer should re think?? A bank Draft is suppose to be secure! Also, if there is a nxt time from this Dealer, I will not show my Passport ......that is ridicules!! Sales rep was very business like and easy to get along with (Sam Dyer). More

Amazing experience! I was looking to buy my very first brand new vehicle. I have driven a 2001 Jeep TJ Sport for the past 10 years and it was time to retire him. So when I was looking to buy my very first brand new vehicle. I have driven a 2001 Jeep TJ Sport for the past 10 years and it was time to retire him. So when the search started for a new 2015 or 2016 Jeep Wrangler I was nervous and didn't know what to expect - especially since you always hear horror stories about dealing with bad salespeople. When we walked into Ontario Chrysler Andy greeted us and asked what he could help us with. He ended up being our salesperson through the whole process and he was amazing to deal with. He got me to take a Wrangler out for a test drive since I had never driven anything newer that my 2001 and explained all the new features of the vehicle. He was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and never once was pushy. I ended up ordering a 2016 Jeep Wrangler straight from the factory and Andy was very upfront about the wait time on it. He texted me updates on the status of the Jeep throughout the waiting period and when it finally arrived he even sent me a picture of it coming off the delivery truck. I can't say enough about how great this whole experience was and how awesome Andy was! Great job - we'll come see you when the hubby needs a new RAM ;-) More

It was a very stress free experience. Word of advice- do your research on extended warranties, fabric protection etc. before you are sent to that room after the sale. That wasn't as stress free. Absolutely tremendous customer service and help with every single aspect of the purchase and financing from options on the vehicle needed (and not needed) for me personally and in turn with some very helpful, selected allowed discounts on overall pricing and based on that that brought my purchase price down as low as it possibly could and still at the end of the day, the vehicle I wanted and needed for my particular price range. It was truly unbelievable what I ended up getting for my money because of all the help from Rick and Joe at the dealership...
