Flexible, courteous, fast, no BS. I just brought home my new Ram 1500 from Ontario Chrysler. I made the mistake of dealing with many other dealerships before ending up there. I only wish that I contacted them first. Let me run you through my purchase experience with them. I started with an email to the dealership inquiring about a price match with a competitor. I was contacted within an hour and spoke with one of the sales reps (I can't remember his name) who told me that they would be able to do the deal and that I would be dealing with a guy named Mike. That evening, Mike called me up and confirmed the deal was good to go. I drove an hour to the lot and was greeted promptly by Mike who went over my options. Long story short, I was able to buy an even better model than the competitor was selling for a tiny price increase. Awesome. All of the paperwork was taken care of quickly and I was able to drive home my new truck tonight (less than 24 hours after signing the papers). The only thing that I didn't like was the extended warranty pitches. This, of course, is all par for the course with any major purchase. In reality, a minor complaint. I will be recommending Ontario Chrysler to all of my friends and colleagues, this is what buying a car should be like everywhere. If you're seriously ready to make a purchase and want to avoid lies and BS, give them a call! More
