He was always very positive and friendly and never made me feel pressured like many sales representatives tend to make you feel. Kyle is definitely not your typical sales rep and always goes above and beyond your expectations. He was always very honest and showed he cared. When I first went to the dealership, I walked out with no car since I needed to take the information provided by Kyle and determine whether I'd be able to financially afford it and Kyle didn't insist on a purchase as many car sales reps would have done. This made me come in a second time to see Kyle in which I ended up purchasing the vehicle and leaving as a very happy customer. I definitely recommend Kyle to anyone who is looking to purchase a car (new or used) in an environment where you aren't pressured and are treated with respect and given excellent customer service.
