Amazing knowledge of all Chrysler and keep trucks I was looking for a mini van or a smaller SUV. After walking into Ontario Chrysler I was greeted by one of there staff members named Michael he was very friendly and patient with me as I asked him a million questions about different vehicles and his honest opinion I was able to achieve an honest answer and he helped me make a choice with which car to buy . I'm always nervous going into dealerships because I never have a good experience and always feel like I'm being taken advantage of when shopping for a car as a women. At Ontario Chrysler I didn't get this feeling and Michael made me feel confident in my purchase . Thanks again Michael !! As soon as I contacted OC and told Isabelle Iorwa my credit history there was no judgemental tone or any hint of snarkiness. She was very positive and worked hard to get me a loan and even talked to me after and before her work hours to get my car before our cottage trip.
