They use an iPad to get all the details from the car, went over the options and services required, confirmed my contact info and done. From the time i drove my car in, to time i walked out the door had to be less than 5 mins. Really like the use of technology. Don't even have my van back yet but know i will already be bringing it back. More

Not Honest, will fool you if he can Matthew Techlowicz sold me a KEY-LESS Dodge Caravan that I have to use a key to unlock, faulty FOBs. Fooled me, all the time he was pretending that he Matthew Techlowicz sold me a KEY-LESS Dodge Caravan that I have to use a key to unlock, faulty FOBs. Fooled me, all the time he was pretending that he is using the FOB to unlock the van, after finalizing the deal, upon picking up the van, prior to leaving the dealership I found the FOBs to be faulty, he said it is only the batteries, I changed the batteries still the FOB didn't work. I contacted Matthew, he wrote me back to book an appointment with the service department for a fee of $120 an hour. I don't recommend this man or this dealership to anybody worked hard for his money. More

Not only are the service staff excellent (shout-out to Grant and Anthony!), but the office staff and the shop guys are always polite and helpful, too. So I wanted to share my most recent experience with this dealership. A couple of weeks ago I dropped by to have my tires filled, and while there I decided to get a quote on some new winter tires. The advisor I spoke to gave me a quote and I told him I'd get back to him in a week or two. Yesterday, I decided to drop in and order the tires. I discovered that the advisor I had spoken with was no longer employed there, but that wasn't a problem because Anthony Italiano was there, and he actually remembered that I had been there two weeks ago. I think that's pretty impressive, given the number of people who come and go through that place every day! So Anthony jumped right in and took care of me, and actually gave me a better quote than the first advisor did for my tires. He was just so pleasant and helpful and I am very appreciative of that.
