Find yourself a better dealer then this guys.. I am officially pissed off.. I am writing this here today 11-25-19 bc I just left the dealer and spoke to Adam Strazzeri and Oscar. Adam called me I am officially pissed off.. I am writing this here today 11-25-19 bc I just left the dealer and spoke to Adam Strazzeri and Oscar. Adam called me this morning about a truck I am interested in and I explained the truck I want and I already have a deal going with another rep at a different location which is near me. Adam still asked me to come in and speak to them bc they are the most aggressive dealership that pushes trucks. I told him I live in Grimsby and I don't want to waste my time coming in if you're going to offer me a higher price. Adam Strazzeri assured me that they will work with me and sell me the truck just need to come in. I took the mans word and came in with my wife. We sat down and explained everything. They come back now with 1000 over the price we spoke about. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AGGRESSIVE TRUCK PISHERS? @chrysler your team is trying to close a deal over a 1000 dollars? On a truck that I can't even take home bc of the recall on it. With a part that is incomplete and it could take months. Maybe a year. And we are already with 2020 truck. Soon 2021. Who wants a 2019 truck? ADAM STRAZZERI not a man of his word, and if your not a man of your word then what are you?...AND TEAM @ontariochrysler you wasted our time, unacceptable.. Now we have to sit in traffic to make it home to Grimsby. Thanks for show us how Chrysler sales reps treat there customers. I will make sure to share my experience. Do your research before going in. More
