Zero stars I had a bad feeling the day I walked into this dealership first I walked around waiting for someone to greet me, then finally I walked over to recepti I had a bad feeling the day I walked into this dealership first I walked around waiting for someone to greet me, then finally I walked over to reception where the receptionist looked at me and continued with whatever she was typing.Finally I was like can I get some help so I got a sales rep, I wanted the actual price of the car and the sales rep said well if your not buying it now here is the website I asked him what features are in the car he said you can find it on the website. I asked for a different sales rep who was more helpful I went along and purchased the vehicle. I wanted to purchase some protection options for my vehicle but there was no business manager available to provide me with the information on the products. I waited over 3 weeks for them to locate my vehicle finally on delivery I was super excited to pick up my new car! Come to find out the trunk lining was not intact the delivery coordinator picked it up and and tossed it aside said it was an extra part I told him no it belongs in the trunk! Then the clips are missing to put it back together my car had some large scratches all over it, the panel on the door had a scratch the leather had stains, and it was just a mess! I was told that the seats were black and power like the sedan I was shown... not the case at all I was lied to . Along with that when we originally put the deal together we agreed on a payment and on delivery they made the payment price higher then when I pointed it out they gave me cash back. I was told to bring my vehicle back they would “make it right” . My sales rep communicated to me that I would go to the rental company and there would be a vehicle ready for me to drive that would be comparable to the one I have purchased. I get to the rental place in the morning they say there are no reservations for me and Olympic Honda never called them! I had to drive my mom to work and then drive back to Honda and drop off the car...my sales rep also told me he can not deal with this anymore and he is getting a bunch of different information so I should talk to the GM. At the service department they had no record of who I was or any of my information when I was told there was a a service advisor waiting for me. The shuttle driver was a very nice man who dropped me off to the rental company where they told me I could only drive a car that costed Honda $30 dollars a day! I did not buy a used or compact sedan and I was promised a comparable vehicle to mine! If you do not want to be given misleading information or run around do yourself a favour and save yourself a headache do not deal with this dealership they do not care! More

They were able to find the source of the leak and patch the tire. They were also able to tell me that Canadian Civic's to not have the tire pressure monitoring system, so I will ensure I check my tire pressure from time to time. More

And I was right, best they could do is to match it. However the service provided was above other dealerships. No pressure-no-nonsence, customer first is what made me buy car after 20 min. Sales person Mr. Asif Jiwani did all in his power to help facilitate the deal and made sure all is done right. And it was very refreshing to have a salesperson who knew about product and was so professional being his second day working as cars salesperson. I was happy to be his first customer ever. And the rest of the team from managers, delivery person Jesse and Tara at front desk did their best to make this one positive experience. More

Worst Dealership in Guelph Awful. Awful. Awful. I have had several different cars in my lifetime so I have lots of experience with dealerships. Almost all places as soon as you Awful. Awful. Awful. I have had several different cars in my lifetime so I have lots of experience with dealerships. Almost all places as soon as you walk in a body pops up and happily says "how can I help you". It instantly sets a positive tone. The first time I went to Olympic Honda there were two "sales" guys sitting around a table drinking coffee and talking. Nobody acknowledged me. When I finally got a sales person I found out the finance person wasnt available (Wednesday at 2pm) so I would have to come back. The second time (two weeks later) was to inquire about a CRV and trade in my truck. The only person available was the used car sales guy, it was a Saturday at about noon and nobody was working? huh. This is after we had to go to the receptionist because nobody even bothered to ask us if we would like to be helped. We tell him we want to trade in a almost brand new truck for a CRV. Easy enough? No. Its takes days before anybody gets back to us so I finally call and it's his day off the reception tells me. Okay, I said I kinda feel like I'm chasing you guys around to buy a car. She says "I'll have somebody call you back right away" Guess what, nobody called. He finally gets back to us the next day around 4pm and says "sorry we were trying to get you the best price for your truck". (Which at other dealerships took a total of 5 minutes. Not 5 days for a quote but sure I'll bite) Okay fine, I said what are you offering? $28,000. He says. I said "pardon me"? Two places already offered me $36,000 two weeks ago. He backtracks. Oh well it's my manager. So your "manager" thought he or she would try to make an extra $8,000 off my truck on top of what they turn around and actually sell it for which already yields a profit. Plus the profit from purchasing a new vehicle? The other two places offered me $36,000 without purchasing a new vehicle. He said let me get back to you. I said yeah and hung up. I then went online and started reading the reviews. wow. Just full of similar stories, unprofessional sales people, nobody helping them in the showrooms, high turn over of sales guys, people unconcerned about helping customers, long wait times, low balling on trade-ins, bad customer service, the list goes on and on. I don't get how this place even has any customers. The worst dealership I have ever experienced. If I could give it a zero I would. Save yourself the nuisance, go to another Honda dealership. More

After spending about 10 minutes looking around inside the dealership, I approached the receptionist and asked politely if there are any sales reps available. The sales manager who happened to be nearby, immediately jumped in and said in an agitated tone that they are busy, and I have to be patient. About 15 minutes later, I was approached by a sales rep, who was completely uninterested to sell me a car. All he did was to use honda.ca to configure the price, and lowballed me on my trade in. At least I know now that I would not buy Honda for as long as Olympic Honda does not change its attitude towards customers. More
