I had never been there before. Lewise took the car in right away and immediately went to work to disinfect the relevant parts of the car, because of Covid19. Ignored by Old Mill GM I called twice seeking to book a repair and appointment, but the Service Center never returned by voicemail message (first time) and the additional me I called twice seeking to book a repair and appointment, but the Service Center never returned by voicemail message (first time) and the additional message left with Service Reception (second time). In both instances, my name, phone number, time of day, and reason for the call were made clear. I then wrote a polite email to the owner of the Old Mill dealership in Toronto summarizing the events. I believed he would value hearing about my service experience (or lack thereof) so that he could discuss it internally. I have not heard from the dealership or the owner. (5 days later) By comparison, Humberview GM was very responsive and I booked my repair and service appointment there instead. More
