We went to Okotoks GMC because we have purchased from them before and have always had a great experience. Also they had lots of stock of the truck we were looking for. We went in to buy a used truck and ended up buying new. Shelby Simmonds was our sales lady and she was fantastic. She found the perfect truck for us and got it to work in our budget. We were very happy with the customer service in sales. I was a little disappointed how things went once we moved over to finance to get the paperwork done. I felt the numbers for admin fees and the break down should have been made more clear and there was a miscommunication regarding my deposit which I wasn't allowed to changed after. But at the end we got the perfect truck and are very happy with it. I would highly recommend Okotoks GMC More
