Our experience was very positive. We were interested in buying, but not sure we should. We first chatted with the general manager Dan, who was kind and accommodating. He knew immediately what vehicles would be great for our family and was very appreciative that we had chosen Okotoks GMC. He referred us to Shelby, who helped us buy our vehicle. Shelby was knowledgeable, personal and not pushy what-so-ever, which we very much appreciated. She understood our needs and had great recommendations for vehicle options. She was also patient with our constant decision-changing, which went on for a few days, and we were so appreciative for that! We decided on purchasing a new 2013 Acadia, and are very happy with our decision. The Acadia with the options we wanted did not exist at Okotoks GMC, but Shelby made sure we got what we wanted, and in a timely manner. It was so important for us to feel like we had received a fair price, as well as have great service, and we feel like we got both. We will be return customers. More

We were treated with respect and friendliness as soon as we set foot on the lot. We went to Okotoks GMC because we have purchased from them before and have always had a great experience. Also they had lots of stock of the truck we were looking for. We went in to buy a used truck and ended up buying new. Shelby Simmonds was our sales lady and she was fantastic. She found the perfect truck for us and got it to work in our budget. We were very happy with the customer service in sales. I was a little disappointed how things went once we moved over to finance to get the paperwork done. I felt the numbers for admin fees and the break down should have been made more clear and there was a miscommunication regarding my deposit which I wasn't allowed to changed after. But at the end we got the perfect truck and are very happy with it. I would highly recommend Okotoks GMC More
