Happy and smooth experience buying a used car. I have been looking for a certified, pre-owned vehicle and we chose Okotoks GM for two reasons. One - the existing reviews and two - my family friend works there. At the outset, let me tell you, in sales there is no friendship or personal relationship in place. It is purely a business deal. Based on that premise, I have to tell, Himanshu gave us a wonderful car-buying experience. At no point point did I ever feel that I was being pressurized into buying something that I DID NOT want. Himanshu was with us all the way to answer questions, to lay out various options, and according to our credit rating he did not mince words or sugar-coat it to let us know how we should be looking at a vehicle buying. Himanshu under-promised and over-delivered which is a necessity in our situation. Bottom-line? I got what I was looking for based on my financial situation and I am pretty happy both with my purchase as well as the service/advice given by Himanshu. I would recommend Okotoks GM and rate them very high without any doubt for the integrity and honesty shown by Himanshu.
