I have been taking my Ford Freestar to Ocean Park Ford for less than a year but I am happy to say that I am glad that I made the switch. I did not have a good experience getting my Ford Focus repaired at Ocean Park. I brought my car in for an oil leak, possibly from the rear main seal, because my mechanic advised me that it would be best t repaired at Ocean Park. I brought my car in for an oil leak, possibly from the rear main seal, because my mechanic advised me that it would be best to take to a Fors dealership based on the work he anticipated it needing. After I dropped my car off for the scheduled service time I recieve a call with the diagnosis explaining it was in fact a rear main seal leak that would need to be replaced, as well as possibly the clutch if it is soaked in oil as is usually the case. I was given 2 quotes (one for main seal only and one with clutch replacement as well). I told the advisor that I'm not going to authorize the clutch replacement without them first actually seeing the clutch to confirm it was soaked in oil. He told me he understood and would get back to when he killed more (this was about 2 in the afternoon). I never heard back the rest of the day or the next day until I HAD TO CALL HIM AROUND NOON for an update, at which time they'd had my vehicle for 24 hours. I was told he needed to check with the technician for the update, then came back to tell me the clutch was soaked and it will need to be replaced and they'll be needing to keep my car overnight, again. I then told them I would need a replacement vehicle in order to get to work which I was told would be ready for me at the Enterprise Rental shop down the road. Upon getting to Enterprise, they had no idea I was coming and were not prepared for me so I had to wait to get my car. The next day, when I was called to tell me the work is finished I went to pick up my vehicle and as I entered the service waiting area nobody acknowledged me for a couple of minutes even though they have a receptionist and were fully staffed. The service advisor I was dealing with was not there that day and they had to scramble to find my paperwork and vehicle. Nothing was explained to me while checking out even though I had asked to see pictures of the clutch when it was removed...and on top of that when you spend over $2k at there dealership you would think a courtesy wash and vacuum would be appropriate, as I've experienced at most other dealerships. All in all the service was completed but not in a timely manner and the customer service was below par. I won't be returning in the future. More

I had my car in for oil change, they were on time 10:00am. The gentleman gave me a ride home also picked me up in a few hours.
