I had to wait longer then I was originally told. The cost of the service was charged higher then what I was emailed by the dealership on the quote. I bought my used Ford F-150 from Ocean Park. DON HENSHALL was the salesman. When I bought it, he assured me that there is no problem with the truck and it went through safety inspection and th DON HENSHALL was the salesman. I told him I will be towing a trailer with it and he said that is ok. I took it to my mechanic before our trip and he told me the rotors needs to be replace and IT IS NOT SAFE to two a trailer with my family in it. I paid over $1200 to fix the break. I don't drive the truck on a daily basis. The other day, I noticed there was a puddle of water in the front mat. The truck was leaking. I took it to the Ocean Ford. They fixed the leak and charged me over $700. I am not sure what would be the next... More
