I have been using Ocean Park Ford for both service and purchasing new vehicles for over the past 20 years - their no pressure sales keep me coming back. The service dept is top notch and they explain everything clearly. They are courteous and knowledgeable and the only ones that will ever work on my vehicle. I particularly enjoy chatting with Ron and seeing his dogs that are often wandering around the dealership - even though it’s a dealership it has that small family business feel. More

My 3 year old (and 3 months) truck had paint peeling from the roof but it fell outside of the warranty by 90 days which is ridiculous for such a catastrophic failure of the paint. I didn't get the feeling that the dealership were advocating for me with Ford Canada so I took the issue directly to Ford. The dealership insisted on using their own contracted body shop and the first attempt at re-painting was a joke so it was sent back for another go. When it eventually came back from the paint shop I ended up paying 50% of the cost with Ford. It was fairly clear that I was upset about this so when I came to collect the vehicle from the dealership I paid my bill and was handed the keys. No one bothered to leave the building and come and show me the work that had been done or offered any assurances about the work that had been carried out. In summary, I'm done with Ocean Park Ford and will never buy another Ford. More
