Sales staff are good but you don’t know who works at the dealership as they don’t wear branding to let the customers know who works there and who doesn’t. Service staff won’t phone you back if you leave the dealership as they don’t wear branding to let the customers know who works there and who doesn’t. General sales manager will tell you something but not follow up on what he said. The purchasing aspect and paperwork was expected and very easy I can say that and handled in a very good manner… of course that’s where they are getting paid so that should shine. The sales person I dealt with was great and has been good at after sales care so that aspect from him has given a slightly better grade due to that. In general they are your typical dealership that gets your money and then forgets about you as they have nothing to lose because chances are that you’ll not be buying a new vehicle for x years and you will forget how bad the experience with the dealership really is. So if you are looking for an average dealership this is the place. More
