Sales staff are good but you don’t know who works at the dealership as they don’t wear branding to let the customers know who works there and who doesn’t. Service staff won’t phone you back if you leave the dealership as they don’t wear branding to let the customers know who works there and who doesn’t. Service staff won’t phone you back if you leave them a vmail or message. They need to improve on the service staffs ability to know more about common issues on vehicles. General sales manager will tell you something but not follow up on what he said. The purchasing aspect and paperwork was expected and very easy I can say that and handled in a very good manner… of course that’s where they are getting paid so that should shine. The sales person I dealt with was great and has been good at after sales care so that aspect from him has given a slightly better grade due to that. In general they are your typical dealership that gets your money and then forgets about you as they have nothing to lose because chances are that you’ll not be buying a new vehicle for x years and you will forget how bad the experience with the dealership really is. So if you are looking for an average dealership this is the place. More

My 2005 Lincoln Town Car is treated with great respect. Service Charges are most reasonable. The service personnel do not find unnecessary things to service. The report card is explained well. Purchase of a new car is based on bottom line cost, not on service. I bought my car elsewhere, but get service close to home at Ocean Park. Service is first class as far as I am concerned. More
