Great customer service!! I was referred to George as I wanted to test drive a RAV4. This is one of the four cars I was looking into. George was prepared with the info I had asked him the day prior. He listened to what I wanted and went over all the car features slowly so I can actually understand versus skimming trough it. He made the deal I wanted happen! I have purchased 2 other cars prior to my RAV4 and have had good customer service but I have to say that George is my top. He is very professional and listens to understand what the customer wants. I would and have recommended him to my friends and peers. I really hope he stays put as I will be needing a car for my son in a few years. Great Customer service is hard ti find but not at Oakville Toyota as George is always ready with a smile to help you out ! I love my new RAV4! Thank you George!! More

Was acomplain for the front rotor of my vehicle I have purchased a used dodge journey on last may 2017. That time toyota oakville comfirmed that they changed the fromt and rear rotors .
