Changes in Attitude Result in Much Improved Customer Service We moved back to Oakville in 2013 and started using Oakville Toyota's service department. Crappy and uncaring (I actually left in tears twice). We switched to Burlington but when we were looking for a new Sequoia this Spring we checked out Oakville. Excellent sales service. And we were told that new management was focusing on, among other areas, customer service in the service area. We agreed to at least try the service department. Just had the first maintenance done and it went so well, largely due to Manny Sekhon. We bought snow tires from Toyota and Manny ensured to price match (which he did without any hassle). Putting them did not go as smoothly due to a scheduling issue but Manny was honest about what happened, which made a huge difference. He even called this morning to apologize again and offer a little something special when I go to change tires in Spring 2018. What a guy! More
