Misrepresented car I purchased a previously owned vehicle from these people. I was mislead to believe that it had some options that I couldn't try in the daylight. ( aut I purchased a previously owned vehicle from these people. I was mislead to believe that it had some options that I couldn't try in the daylight. ( auto high beam ) I called the salesman 3 times letting him know it wasn't working and I was getting told different things to try. on the 3rd call I was told the car was not equipped with this option. I followed up with the General Manager and asked for my money back and return of the vehicle. They would not do that when it was there misrepresentation that caused all this. In today's business climate I'm surprised people still treat customers this way I will make sure that I tell anyone looking for a car to stay away for this dealership More

Disappointed I made an appointment and brought in my vehicle to repair a side door . I was called and told they had to keep the vehicle overnight in order to obtai I made an appointment and brought in my vehicle to repair a side door . I was called and told they had to keep the vehicle overnight in order to obtain parts. The following day I was told I needed to wait yet another day for parts. When I picked the vehicle up, the repair is not quite finished .I was told that they would call me the following day [Saturday] or Monday when other parts came in so they could finish the job. No one called me so I waited and then I called them four days later. I was told to bring the vehicle in the next afternoon. ( now it's friday) I did, and the job was finished quick enough. However, I had asked the service advisor from the outset if I could get an estimate on body damage done from that door to the body of the vehicle. I was assured that it could be done easily. This was not done, and when I asked about it, he told me to go to some other place that they deal with. I was basically just flipped off. (Total time to fix = 9 days) Additionally, another part I ordered A month before never arrived. I was told that they would call us when it was in. It never came. No one called us. When we asked about it again two more times we were told it was back on backorder and they would call us. Something tells me we will never get a call from these people! More
