I had the WORST experience with a Nissan dealer. I took my Altima in for an inspection due to an engine light, and that's when the problems started. They charged me for reading the codes and for a new battery, even though they had replaced it less than two years ago and it was supposed to be under warranty. The issue wasn't resolved. The next day, I called again, and they scheduled me for two weeks later. Surprisingly, they charged me again for reading the codes. There's a Nissan Bulletin NTB16-117b to fix this problem for all 2016/17 Altimas, but this dealership is charging me to perform it. According to one of their employees, "it would be too expensive for me." For their information, I just bought a brand-new Pathfinder from another dealership. Yes, I'm stubborn, but I like Nissan as a customer and former employee (Manufacturing Engineer). I'm also talking to my lawyers to have this issue resolved. More
My wife and I have been loyal Nissan customers for over 25 years, currently owning three Nissan vehicles. Unfortunately, our experience with Oakville Nissan has been deeply disappointing. We recently no 25 years, currently owning three Nissan vehicles. Unfortunately, our experience with Oakville Nissan has been deeply disappointing. We recently noticed peeling paint on the front bumper of our 2020 Nissan 370Z, which is still under warranty. When I contacted Oakville Nissan on August 30, 2024, I spoke with Mr. Carrasco, whose response was unprofessional and condescending. Instead of addressing my concerns, he insinuated that the damage was my fault and that I had not properly maintained the vehicle. During my September 4 visit, I experienced further disrespect. Mr. Carrasco continued his unprofessional behaviour, and the issue remained unresolved. To make matters worse, he ultimately turned his back on me and told me to leave. Despite attempting to escalate the issue, I was left frustrated by the poor service and lack of resolution. I urge Oakville Nissan to improve their customer service and professionalism, as this experience does not reflect the high standards we have come to expect from Nissan. More

Like Beksto below, I was given a price by Oakville Nissan that was not honoured. They tried to scam me for a higher price. Stay away from Greg Carrasco's dealerships. OK, Nissan, I have never needed an appointment to drop of the vehicle before, now this was new to me! Greatly dissappointed! More

Initially we dealt with the sales rep Shaun and the finance manager who were amazing and they were the only reason we ended up buying the car. Raj (branch manager) on the other hand was very rude and ruined the excitement of buying a car. I would definitely recommend the dealership for their sales staff and amazing deals but please stay clear of Raj if you want a pleasant shopping experience. More
