Scammers ... charged for work not done. Bought a three year old low mileage Certified Pre Owned Civic. I showed them in their owners manual that Honda requires a brake flush every three yea Bought a three year old low mileage Certified Pre Owned Civic. I showed them in their owners manual that Honda requires a brake flush every three years. They acted like they've never heard of THAT before ... REALLY? The service tech. told me it takes about 45 minutes to do a brake flush. Ten minutes later, the car was ready to go (?). Got the car home and looked at each brake bleeder valve and they all had a nice even coating of rust, meaning that no wrench had ever touched them to perform the brake flush, which obviously had NOT been done - they just siphoned off the brake fluid from the reservoir and topped it up - takes five minutes tops. Also, the finance person kept trying to finance the car purchase at 5 % even though the sign outside the dealership said 0.99% on their Certified Pre Owned cars. He also tried to charge an additional fee for finding us such a low rate! NEVER GO THERE! More

Service appointments are a joke! I made an appointment for maintenance that should have taken approximately two hours. My vehicle was only taken into the garage two hours after my appointment time. I spent four hours waiting. The service advisers saw nothing at all wrong with this. Customer service is obviously not top of mind in the service area. I will not be returning to Oakville Honda. More
Appointments seem pointless. I had a 3:30 pm appointment for an oil change. I was told when I brought it in that it would take 1 and a half hours to do the service. I was somewhat surprised by this since it was just an oil change but I agreed to wait. It took an hour and twenty minutes before it even moved out of the service reception area. It was supposed to be ready by 5:00 pm, so when there was still no sign of it at 5:30 I started walking around the service area to see what was taking so long. The service manager said he was just waiting for it to come back from the car wash. Finally at 5:50 pm he drove it up to the doors. It took 2 and a half hours to get a simple oil and filter change. I noticed on the bill that it stated the service was finished at 5:06. Clearly a lie. they even charged me 2 dollars for a washer fluid top up. I will never return. It's not the first time I have had an issue with this dealer's service department. I'm sorry I bought the car there. More

They don't care about your opinion or time. I have been to service my vehicle twice at Oakville Honda and both times left disappointed. The first time they overcharged me and even when I showed I have been to service my vehicle twice at Oakville Honda and both times left disappointed. The first time they overcharged me and even when I showed them their error they would not change the invoice. The second time I was there I had to wait forever for my van to be serviced even though I had an appointment. I don't know if this was a way of getting back at me for the previous visit but I am done going back there. P.S. If they could only own up to their errors and/or apologize it would have been different yet they just cannot find it in them to do sol More
