The overall sales experience was good with the sales and finance people. The bad experiences were: car not being fully prepared for pick up ($50 fuel not present), and a repair on the drivers door handle t finance people. We asked for a repair, and the service manager stated it "If a repair is required on the door, we will have to take the car to the VW dealership. You might as well save your self the hassle and book with VW yourself." This was not the kind of service we expected from a dealership. More
