The overall sales experience was good with the sales and finance people. The bad experiences were: car not being fully prepared for pick up ($50 fuel not present), and a repair on the drivers door handle t finance people. After we picked the car up, the handle would not function correctly. We asked for a repair, and the service manager stated it "If a repair is required on the door, we will have to take the car to the VW dealership. You might as well save your self the hassle and book with VW yourself." This was not the kind of service we expected from a dealership. More

They tried their best to make our experience as smooth as possible. We had visited many other dealerships looking at many cars, the wife wasn't too impressed by the Jeep to start with until we met with Terr possible. His patience was second to none and with the amount of emails and questions I bombarded him with, he was more than happy to answer. We would never have bought the car without him. I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler and was very happy with the service at this dealership. I dealt with Cam and he helped me find everything I was looking for. Sunday opening is standard practice in the UK and it makes a massive difference to those who can only online shop during the week! Whilst not brand new, it was still a big spend for me! Very patient in explaining all aspects of the process. The nice part is that you adjust your approach to fit your customer and that works very well. I enjoyed the banter and the jokes during the process. Some points to consider as you continue with your success..... I love customer service and train my teams on customer service, and have been doing so since the early 90s Yours is exceptional. And then you start to falter on the aftersales service. Little things like: Making sure you have both keys prior to handing over the vehicle Making sure you continue your marketing by adding these keys to a key fob that has your dealership name and number etc. Let your customer keep selling your brand!! Wife got flowers with her car purchase at A.N.Other dealership, and it was a clear $12k less than I paid. It's the little things that really make the experience, and you've almost got it. Keep doing what you do and enhancing your processes and it will be even better! You guys rock! More
