Non Discloser I called dealer twice for info on 2013 Dodge Dart, I asked twice was this car a daily rental. I was told no, it was a corporate car. When I went to te I called dealer twice for info on 2013 Dodge Dart, I asked twice was this car a daily rental. I was told no, it was a corporate car. When I went to test drive car on a Saturday, we drove around city and it looked good for on 19,000K. We agreed on a price, when I sat down with finance man he disclosed the car was repaired for floor damage, it was not disclosed in the report. He also told me it was a daily rental. We went back and forth with general manager. He said he would take car back if I was not satisfied with it. I asked to test drive it again, and did so. The brakes were so bad on the highway the car shook bad. I talked to GM and sales manager about it, and was told it will be taken care of during safety, they would stand by car not to worry. I purchased car at lower price and picket it up Monday evening. The next day I drove the car I was on the highway, and it shakes really bad breaking. I looked underneath and it is missing a plastic underskirt, probably removed when floor was repaired and not replaced? They lied in not disclosing the damage and the fact it was a daily rental. Not Impressed! More
