Looking for a truck on a budget I was in the market for a truck used or new for the past couple months. I had looked at some used ones and also new at various dealers in the GTA and I was in the market for a truck used or new for the past couple months. I had looked at some used ones and also new at various dealers in the GTA and did not find the right truck, or something that would fit my budget. I called up Oakville Dodge to request info on a new Ram 1500 and spoke with Mike. Right away Mike gave me the impression that he understood my needs and wanted to work to find the right fit for me. This led to an appointment which I sat with Mike and went over my budget (which is tight considering have a baby on the way in a few weeks). We discussed my options and Mike really went out of his way to find a suitable truck and stick with my budget and that not only made me feel very comfortable but also led to me buying a new 2014 Ram 1500 (my first new vehicle ever!). The service provided by Mike, Frank and Chris completely exceeded my expectations and I consider this dealership by far the best that I have visited. This team really works well to provide a fantastic customer experience and also meet the needs of someone working with a specific budget.
