I’m not sure there are enough characters to provide my entire negative experience so I’ll focus on the largest issues. The first sales rep we were assigned is clearly in the wrong job. Barely greeted us, no personality, asked us if we wanted to ‘see’ the vehicle as if we were going to spend $75K on a car we haven’t seen. We happened to see another sales rep that my husband knew so we were able to work with Leo on the sale. He was fine, no concerns initially and we purchased a beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Leo ‘threw in’ the trailer hitch for ‘free’ as that was a must have for us. When we picked it up, we noticed that the ‘free’ hitch caused damage to the bumper, it was scratched in a couple of places and was not put back on properly, it was misaligned on one side. They also broke the clip that holds the back up sensor in place which we didn’t know until we got home and the car would not reverse so we had to disarm the sensors completely. They are still not working. The passenger side door is also misaligned, it doesn’t close properly. When I documented my concerns and sent them to Leo, he told me to call Andrew the General Manager. Wouldn’t it make sense for Andrew to call me as the customer? And the best part to the story, 2 days ago we planned a family fishing trip which would be the first time using the trailer hitch and guess what? They never programmed it to activate the wiring so the trailer lights weren’t working so trip ruined. I text Leo to find out if the trailer needed to be programmed, I even apologized for bothering him on a Sunday - I got zero response. Unprofessional to say the least. I simple acknowledgement of ya, we messed up again would have been fine so I can add it to the list of issues. I do love the vehicle but the sales and service from this location is less than acceptable. We will continue to share this negative experience and would not recommend purchasing from this dealer. Worse experience ever, I told them my budget, $550 came out with $850, I made a big mistake taking the truck, I pick it up on Saturday,following Monday I call Umar, he told me nothing I can do about it, t out with $850, I made a big mistake taking the truck, I pick it up on Saturday,following Monday I call Umar, he told me nothing I can do about it, talk to one of the managers (Andrew) who haven’t call me or answer my calls, less than 48 hours, all I got nothing I can’t do about it, unbelievable!! I was always told to look after my car because in return it will look after you for service and value. So my 3 mth oil change was due. So upon inspection the Technician noticed that the left ball joint ha it will look after you for service and value. So my 3 mth oil change was due. So upon inspection the Technician noticed that the left ball joint had been completely separated from the knuckle. Thank goodness I took my car in and god only knows what would have happened to me and the car on the highway! Thanks to Ash and the Technicians for taking care of me in this matter. Had an oil change and ball joint replaced in one day. Recommend this dealership at all times. Staff always treat me well. More
found a jeep online on this lot and started negotiations with my new sales rep Angelo luzi. All went well. I got good value for my trade in and made a fair deal towards a newer model. There was a delay upon pickup re Fais Walizada closing a deal ahead of us, he did however make our wait not as painful with a little extra on our deal . overall very happy! got a great new jeep and would happily go here next time I need a vehicle . thanks guys have a great day! I do fully understand the delays that COVID has caused to the supply chain so I do recognize some things were outside of the dealerships control. My biggest issue is communication and transparency… I took possession of my Ram 2500 exactly 6 months from the date I ordered despite being quoted 10-14 weeks when I ordered. Based on the quoted date range and a 2 week buffer I added to that for delays I made arrangements for use of the truck, I ended up having to find a month to month lease for a whopping $2400/month. Initially after purchasing things were great and then the sales person and finance manager I dealt with were laid off and that is where the communication stopped. Whenever I called for an update I was transferred to an available sales manager, some of who were helpful/apologetic with the delay and lack of info and others were just plain rude. I later found out that my factory order was not placed until 2 weeks after I was told it was placed. Despite being told my order would be escalated to the regional manager it wasn’t done until the 5ish month mark at which point key features I ordered were deleted from my truck to move it along. I was told they’d order a new 2022 truck with the features I want and said I would get something in writing to trade for the new truck when it comes in if the missing features, have not heard anything on this since that conversation. The surprising thing is that at no point in the process did anyone discuss any dealer installed options (ie coatings, maintenance plans, accessories) so I just gave up asking. I also expected a smooth delivery process which between trying to get my January promotional rates etc applied and correcting errors on my sales agreement (around deleted features that were removed from the price but also my negotiated discount) it was not a pleasant experience as a vehicle purchase should be, especially on a high end vehicle like this. I 100% acknowledge that some things were outside the dealers control, but the things that were in their control, in my opinion, we’re handled very poorly making the whole experience very costly and infuriating. More
Had a great experience at this dealership! Saw an ad for my Jeep Wrangler, drove from Newmarket to Oakville for a test drive and had it in my possession the next morning! We had set an appointment to see a new car, coming from 2 hours out of town. I received a call to verify that I was attending the appointment an hour while on the highway, and so I continued my travelling to hours out of town. As we arrived, the sales person was not at the dealership for the time I had set up. A half hour later, the sales rep arrived, disappeared for 10 minutes, only to come out to tell us that the car had been sold!!! Only in the last 30 minutes!!! I had not received a phone call or text to say that the vehicle was sold at all. The dealership MUST take steps to inform customers with pre-scheduled appointments of such situations, IF that is indeed what happened. I will not ever return to this dealership, and will make it know to all who I work within my District School Board, to avoid such dealership and to take their business elsewhere. Very unprofessional!!! More
Very disappointed that I was mislead about the resale value when purchasing a vehicle that had previously been in accident, obviously brings the integrity of the dealership into question. Something I definitely should have researched on my own before believing the salesperson. Also was extremely frustrated when I had several electrical and mechanical problems that showed up as I was driving the vehicle from the dealership within minutes of purchasing it. After taking it into the dealership 3 times they were still unable to fix any of the issues. Out of frustration I decided to look into exchanging it for a different vehicle and thats when I found out that only after two weeks the vehicle was worth $4000 less than I paid for it, not a great experience and definitely not a dealership I will be visiting in the future. I would caution anyone deciding to purchase a vehicle here. More
Long overdue review. I bought a Ram 1500 Classic back in July 2020. Leo was great to work with and helped find the truck that suited my family. The price was fantastic to fit into the budget.
