The problem was solved My cell phone stopped syncing with the C-Max or it would take several tries to sync. When I dropped by I was told that the car software would need up My cell phone stopped syncing with the C-Max or it would take several tries to sync. When I dropped by I was told that the car software would need updating. This could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 h. It actually ended up taking about 90 minutes and costing $125. All other software that I have receives automatic and free updates. Also I am told when updates are needed. Neither of these seems to be the case with Ford. Very frustrating!! The people at the Ford dealership did a good job but I do have problems with Ford's policy on updates. More
