Overall Experience Our sales person, Mike, was very knowledgeable and professional. He definitely knew all the features of the Ford Edge and was happy to share this with us, both when we did a test drive and when we picked up our vehicle. In regards to the dealership, I did, however, have several concerns when making our purchase. The first was the fact we were asked for our drivers licences as soon as we were introduced to the sales person, BEFORE even knowing whether or not we would be test driving a vehicle. Also I noted that our licences were photocopied right at the time of introduction, which I understand is NOT legal. Secondly, was the fact that we were not able to take the vehicle out for a test drive on our own without the sales person. I understand the concerns the dealership may have, however, when it came to two individuals who are in their late fifties and mid sixties, I KNOW you would not have an issue with us returning your used vehicle. When we purchased a vehicle a year ago from another Ford Dealership, we actually brought the vehicle home, based on their suggestion, tried it out for several hours and they even offered the vehicle to us to try out for an entire weekend. And the last concern I had, which really UPSET me the most, was the fact I was told BEFORE I could even put in an offer on a vehicle, I had to give the sales person my credit card, which he took with him, out of my sight, when presenting my offer to his manager, TO SHOW THAT I WAS SERIOUS about my offer. My credit card was NOT brought back, when a counter offer was presented back to me. Yes I was very upset about the credit card - more so than anything else. I felt like I was being judged - based on a number of factors. We ended up walking out over less than a $500 price difference, which the dealership would not bend on. As for the sales person, Mike, I believe that he was simply following the guidelines the dealership has laid out for him to follow, and simply wanted to please his boss. But overall I would not say that my experience at your dealership was excellent. I truly felt like I was looked down on, and treated like a second class customer. Again not by Mike, but because the guidelines Oakridge Ford has their sales people following. My only suggestion to Oakridge Ford is "DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER" - you never know who you are dealing with!! More

This is my second Ford Fusion purchased from Oakridge. I went back to Oakridge Ford to purchase another new Fusion because of the excellent service I received with my first one. My salesperson Carly was great and spent the time needed to explain about the different models, working with me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. She even changed the order for me when I changed my mind about the colour. I look forward to dealing with Oakridge for years to come. More

From the minute we entered the dealership we were greeted with smiling faces Steve S. was incredible and knowledgeable and was able to find the right vehicle with the right options to suit our needs not pushy but made us see the value in the vehicle and gave us so much peace of mind when it came to our safety and the safety of the vehicle itself. Steve was able to explain all of options in the cabin and how to use them. Which was great as a lot of this technology is new to us coming from an older vehicle. We then spoke with Nathan J. who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the best price that would work with our budget. We are glad that we came to Oakridge Ford as we have been to a few other dealerships. Oakridge Ford worked hard to get us as a customer and we will definitely come here again. More

Still a happy customer 2 years later! John has been awesome! Bought my vehicle 2 years ago and he still checks in to make sure it is running smoothly. I recently needed to replace the batt John has been awesome! Bought my vehicle 2 years ago and he still checks in to make sure it is running smoothly. I recently needed to replace the battery and was apprehensive about a couple of things (I am no car expert!) John stepped right in, talked to the mechanic and was able to explain it all to me to ease my mind. Overall John been great to work with and I will continue to do so for years to come! More
