New Car Purchase I recently had a minor car accident that resulted in my car being written off. As a result I had to purchase a new car in a small amount of time. I had dealt with Steve Sawruk when I purchased my previous Focus and was very pleased with the service so I immediately called him to set up a time to test drive a new Focus. I was able to see him the next day. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features of the car and took time for a long test drive. Of course I wanted a specific colour and features, even though I was in a rush, and Steve assured me that he would find what I wanted, and he did. I then saw Jesse Bruder to arrange for financing and he was also able to explain everything for me and make very good suggestions about the financing options I should consider. He took time to explain the extended warranty and the importance of the protection package and was able to arrange the financing seamlessly. The pick up of my new vehicle was done efficiently when it was promised and I have had follow up calls already. I am very pleased with the service from both of these men and have already recommended the Dealership to a couple of friends. More
