Tremendous sales experience I didn't start looking for my 2015 Mustang at Oakridge Ford, but prior dealers visited didn't have the "family" atmosphere that Oakridge Ford did. When I came in the door of Oakridge Ford, I was greeted by Elizabeth. Elizabeth exudes so much positive energy it's clear that she loves her job - and that is a very positive reflection upon the work atmosphere and staff of Oakridge Ford. John L then came over and engaged me in conversation, and then asked Michael to look after me. In no time at all, Michael had me keys to two different Ford Mustangs to take for a test drive. I had the experience and left the lot to consider my options. When I next returned, Elizabeth remembered my name and Michael was ready to set me up for a new car order. That went in fine and delivered according to schedule, and they are all still just as friendly and engaging since I have bought the car. The whole experience was a incredibly good smooth purchase and that was due to two key staff members: Elizabeth for being the first contact point, and Michael for seeing the whole process through. Great help. Love the Mustang I stopped in to see Mike Strano, and the new Mustang. Unfortunately, the EcoBoost 4 had moved inside, so I was left to driving the GT instead (how unl I stopped in to see Mike Strano, and the new Mustang. Ford Explorer - Taking a look to see the vehicle Recently visited Oakridge Ford ( Local Dealership ) to look at Ford Explorers. We were looking to replace our Ford Freestar after 10 Years and still Recently visited Oakridge Ford ( Local Dealership ) to look at Ford Explorers. We were looking to replace our Ford Freestar after 10 Years and still retain the need for 7 seats. Michael Strano was the sales representative that showed me & my wife around the vehicles and explained the difference in models & specs price etc. His attention to what we were looking for and his manner made it a good experience, he was able to answer all the questions we had about the vehicles. Michael was good to deal with and although I was on a limited time frame due to work, I managed to leave the dealership with good knowledge and opinion of the vehicles that we looked at.
