For the first time when bringing my truck for service, warranty work, recalls, this was the first time I got a loaner that I didn’t have to pay for. Previously after dropping my truck off for recalls, service, warranty work, always had to pay for a rentals, sometimes even for 2 days due to scheduling issues, parts not avail. etc. This time around Samantha made sure I will have a loaner ready, I didn’t have high hopes when I bought my first ford, specially after servicing my other vehicle at Lexus dealership for 4 years, but this last experience started to change my view. I would highly recommend having more loaner vehicles for customers, shuttle service doesn’t always work for people and waiting 2hrs or longer to do a scheduled oil change also does not work. Anyway, I noticed change so keep up the good work. More

They told me how long it would take to do the repair and I booked an appointment. I was offered a courtesy shuttle ride during the visit which I refused. I took the truck there at the pre arranged time and they were ready for me. Like on the phone, they said it would take an hour if things went well, or 2 hours if the repair didn't work the first time. Exactly an hour later someone brought my keys to the waiting area and I left. no problems. More
