The Proper Experience 5 STARS! Given for the dealership and the salesman because Oakridge and Derek did NOT go overboard trying to sell me a car, it was the most laid back 5 STARS! Given for the dealership and the salesman because Oakridge and Derek did NOT go overboard trying to sell me a car, it was the most laid back place I've ever been too. Over the course of a year I have been to almost every "car lot" and "dealership" London has to offer and with nothing promising offered, or even prices being right (in my mind at least). Reluctantly I ended up deciding that I should look into a newer used vehicle and steer away from my usual choices of beater cars. Thankfully, google tracks you everywhere and saw that I needed a car and pointed me at Oakridge and I am more than satisfied(and also paranoid of google). Derek is insanely customer oriented, he was very laid back and confident in his work, it was as if he read my brain and knew I wasn't a fan of the stereotypical, blow up in your face, poor choice of advertising car lots, he and Oakridge are above and beyond that. Luae who was a huge help in financing was able to put everything onto the table and keep it in terms I could understand, he is just as confident in his work and customer oriented.
