"NEVER after years of service on 3 cars." 100K is a day of driving-next day service required? Big safety issue, was there any damage to loose front wheel? More

Service at it's best. From first stepping in the door, we where greeted by a rep and looked after straight away. Offered drinks and a Introduced to a sales rep Reese Patterson. Who was curtious, friendly and knowledgeable. We told him our needs in a vehicle and he nailed it in the first vehicle we tried. Even though he offered us other vehicles to try we declined as the Ford Explorer Limited fitted and exceeded our requirements. All of the staff are friendly and professional. No question was unanswered, I would certainly recommend Oakridge Ford and Reese Patterson to my friends and family. Well done everyone. More

Impressed with the improved service. Booking agent fouled up more than once. She later apologized profusely. Service technician was very knowledgeable, personable and attentive. He explained several technical issues and made suggestions. We also appreciated the relocation of the payment process from the front desk in Sales to the contact service technician in Service.
