Family Going Exploring only to find a hassle We had a fabulous experience working with Reese to purchase our new Ford Explorer! Reese went above and beyond anything we've ever experienced. From a thorough test drive to the full gamut of the purchase, financing and wonders of our great new vehicle! Reese even followed up numerous times prior to completion of the sale but afterwards, getting any sort of service was next to impossible. We brought our vehicle in for servicing and had purchased an extended warranty. When we went to use the warranty, the service guy told us numerous times we didn't have a warranty. Told him he should talk to Reese because he sold us the vehicle; promptly told us Reese had nothing to do with this. Finally found that we did have the warranty. Long story short, didn't want to put the work into doing the paperwork for the claim for 2 tire repairs and had us pay for the repair. Reese asked us to submit our experience for management to review. One month later, still no response. That's the kind of customer service you can expect. We love Ford vehicles but we do not love the experience at this dealership. More
