Mallory Binns is the best. She is completely professional and listens well. She says it as it is, no whitewash, good or bad, and that is important for a client. Generally i have good experiences with Oak-land but for the recent service, I felt I was made to waste 180cad as Ford did not properly check that my fixed guideline was working after repairing my rear win the recent service, I felt I was made to waste 180cad as Ford did not properly check that my fixed guideline was working after repairing my rear window. If they had checked this, they would have charged me about 160+tax for checking the guideline again. And after their checks, they told me I have two options: update my SW (150+tax) to fix the issue or replace my camera (over 700+ tax). As we’re speaking, my wife just agreed with me to let us forget about fixing the guideline for now and then I went to pick my vehicle. After paying for the diagnostics and other items, I put my vehicle on reverse and I was shocked to see that guide lines were working after rear window replacement and Ford didn’t do check I mentioned before the diagnostics and if the diagnostics was truly carried out, shouldn’t the engineer first check if the lines were there or now. Now I’m even doubting if any check was done as either pre or post check should have rear led that my guild one is working. Anyway I just lost the 180cad. More
