Great dealership! Staff is very helpful and Tony Silveira went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for me that fit all my wants and needs. If there was an option for 0 stars, I’d opt for that rating. Zero customer service, no sense of ownership, pretentiousness staff, etc. had transmission issues throughout the lifetime of my truck (2019). rating. Zero customer service, no sense of ownership, pretentiousness staff, etc. had transmission issues throughout the lifetime of my truck (2019). Had the vehicle in multiple times with different responses “this is how the transmission shifts”, “we updated the software”. Finally after the third time bringing it in for the same issue, they threaten me with “if we don’t find anything wrong, we will have to charge you a service fee”… 4-5 times after having it in, they finally do transmission work which contradicts all of their past excuses. Now that the truck is 2000km outside of the warranty period and still having the same issue, they refuse to fix it without payment, and their solution is to update software again. Why am I responsible to pay for something they haven’t resolved during the warranty period? I’ve had multiple licensed mechanics within my family drive the truck and tell me it’s nothing to do with upgrading software…I have a feeling this transmission was a lemon from the start. I have zero faith in Ford, this dealership and their product. “Best truck of the year”, sure if your dealer does their due diligence. I loved this truck, but refuse to pay out of pocket for an unresolved issue. I’d rather lose thousands trading it in for another brand than be subjected to this treatment. More
