Used Car Purchase Brian Pickrem made a great effort to truly understand my situation - buying a car for my daughter - and this is very much appreciated. He took a lot of time to make sure I was happy and that my daughter was comfortable with the car. I still find the entire negotiating process distasteful (to the point that I am seriously considering a fixed-price dealer for my next new car purchase) and this is the one area that all dealerships need to become much more transparent in handling. That said, Brian was very successful at keeping the negotiating process polite - again, this is appreciated (I have had salespeople in the past get quite angry under the surface at protracted negotiations). For people who don't mind the negotiating process, I would highly recommend Brian as he does make a great effort to keep things polite and cool. Combined with his effort at understanding the customer, he is one of the best I've ever dealt with. I should also mention that Brian followed-up, as promised, with items that needed attention the week after the purchase. Thanks very much Brian! More
