O'Regan's Toyota Dartmouth

This is my second Toyota from O'Reagan's. The sales experience was great, no pressure or sales gimmicks. The problem that I discovered when I got home was that I had been charged twice for engine oil on the invoice. A phone call to the sales person that I had dealt with quickly corrected the error and apologi had been charged twice for engine oil on the invoice. I also reported a problem with the rear hatch door on my Matrix and was told that the remedy was replacement of the hydraulic arms at high cost. I then asked if it was under warranty and told it was not. Then I explained that I had purchased an extended warranty from them which led them to search their computer system and discover that I was covered. I think their system should show automatically that a client has bought an extended warranty from them and not need to be told. More

I could not have been more satisfied with my experience at Oregan's Dartmouth. Neil was friendly, as would be expected at a dealership but above all he was genuine.
