My wife and I were looking to upgrade her car. We had gone to several dealers prior to O'Reagan's Nissan Dartmouth. We had a bad salesperson at Ford and a mediocre sales people at the Chev; Hyundai & Ki gone to several dealers prior to O'Reagan's Nissan Dartmouth. We had a bad salesperson at Ford and a mediocre sales people at the Chev; Hyundai & Kia dealers. From the moment we walked into this dealership we were greeted by Frankie which had a very professional and welcoming demeanor. We were unsure about the features and the model of vehicle we would be interested in and he answered each and every question on the spot. His knowledge of the vehicles he was selling was very impressive to us. Very much unlike the Ford dealership where we had to wait 10 minutes each for the answer to most questions on options available to us in the models we were looking at while he went to "check" on it. Frankie did not try to sway us one way or the other but just gave the answers to all questions and suggestions if asked. Once the initial deal was confirmed it was also pleasant to deal Janice MacKinnon the Financial Services Manager. She again offered the warranty; protection etc but was not overly aggressive and gave us the information we needed to make what we think was the correct decision for us. On the day we picked up the vehicle Frankie & Janice were professional and well prepared . We drove away very satisfied customers as far as the purchase of this vehicle. More
I received excellent customer service from JT. He called me several times to update me on the progress. He answered all my questions and was got me just want wanted in my price range! Was in the market for a new car and was just "browsing", and this was the first place we started looking. We were greeted by JT and he was very friendly, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgable. Needless to say because of this we decided to forge further on with possibly buying a car sooner than later and I ended up driving my new 2013 Sentra home later that same day! All of the staff were great and accommodating. Will buy any future vehicles from here. Glad we decided to look there first, it had what we were looking for and staff have been great to deal with! We went in to O'Regan's to start talking about the possibility of trading in our 2002 Nissan Altima. We had no intentions of actually purchasing a vehicle soon, let alone that day. We were greeted by friendly employees who offered us coffee and water while we waited for Jonathan (or J.T. as they call him), with whom we had an appointment. After speaking with Jonathan, he was able to narrow down what we were looking for. When all was said and done, he found the perfect car for us and we purchased it that day! We definitely felt like he was there to help us not only purchase the vehicle we wanted and needed, but to also get us a good deal. At no point did we feel pressured. Our experience at this Nissan dealership was wonderful, relaxed and highly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family to purchase their next vehicles from J.T. at Nissan. I also left feeling confident that any questions I may come up with at a later date would be looked after by Jonathan, which they were in a timely manner. My wife and I went to O'Reagan's Nissan Dartmouth to see a Corolla S advertised online. We walked into the dealership and within minutes, Marc Vautour introduced himself and offered assistance. We told him what we were interested in and he immediately scrambled to locate the vehicle. He quickly realized that the vehicle was sold, so he offered to pull up similar models for us to try out. As it turns out, we decided against the Corolla S we thought we wanted and decided to go for lunch and return after to see what Marc had found after a full inventory check. Upon return, Marc showed us a few other options and it was then that we found the right car for us. Marc was never pushy, always polite and very knowledgeable of the cars on the lots of the four adjacent O'Reagan's dealerships. All in all, this purchase was the least stressful and most satisfying car purchase my wife and I have ever experienced in 40+ years of buying cars. I would recommend Marc to anyone who will listen and he will be our starting point for future car purchases. Thank you More
When I was in the market for a new truck I did my shopping around and visited a lot of dealerships. I found that with all the other dealerships, the moment you stepped foot onto their lot a salesper shopping around and visited a lot of dealerships. I found that with all the other dealerships, the moment you stepped foot onto their lot a salesperson is right behind you telling you how good this car is and why I want it, which I found extremely annoying. Finally I made my way to Nissan Dartmouth and boy am I glad I did (thought I'd never say that about a car dealership). I was free to roam the lot and look at what I wanted to with no sales pressure at all, in fact when I was approached by a salesperson we didn't even talk about cars and honestly I didn't know he was a salesperson until he said "Well if you need any help, I'm just inside at my desk" and gave me his card. I went to him when I was ready, which was nice, and he listened to me to what I wanted and made suggestions based on that information. After a few days I get a call from Mark saying he had a few new trucks come in on trade and that I can come out and take a look at them. After looking them over and realizing that they weren't for me we talked some more and I realized that I could afford a brand new vehicle, a Nissan Frontier PRO-4x. Let me tell you Mark Vautour was great, he got me a good deal on it and worked very hard to satisfy me. I remember I picked it up in February and Mark spent the entire day get the vehicle ready for me so I can have it before the big snow storm and at 8:00 at night I was driving away in it. Overall my experience has been very good at this dealership and I have yet to have any problems. I recommend this dealership and Mark Vautour to everyone and I can guarantee I will be going back to him in the future. Scott More
