Christina worked on her 2 days off with the help of the general manager Joel and her rep to get us approved. Tim worked hard to find a vehicle that met our standards and had all the features we wanted. Others in the dealership played with our crazy 3 year old; hide and seek behind cars, looking at the car pamphlets and finding 2014 pamphlets he could take home (his "car books" which he won't go anywhere without...and he has 6 of them). Every time we walked into the dealership the kids were given balloons and all of the staff were friendly and inviting. We ended up bringing them a little treat once we had the vehicle for a week to say thank you again. We had such a fantastic experience that we had never had at other dealerships. We were also extremely impressed with all the features the vehicle had for the price. Excellent! Thank you to everyone involved in making our purchase happen! More

Even though the 2014 Mustang I purchased, after seeing it on the internet and travelling from Fredericton, was not quite what I expected, Elias renego Even though the 2014 Mustang I purchased, after seeing it on the internet and travelling from Fredericton, was not quite what I expected, Elias renegotiated the price to where I was completely satisfied. He also gave me the Car Proof Report and informed me of the transferable extended warranty the previous owner had purchased with the car. Not ever having purchased a vehicle out of New Brunswick, I found Christina very helpful in explaining the process of paying the Nova Scotia sales tax and getting reimbursed for the 2% difference. All in all I found the staff very accommodating. More

Met up with Jon Pickett and he immediately put me at ease and told me to be patient and he would find the right vehicle for me. It took about a month and after several viewings we settled on a used sorento. The vehicle was in mint condition with new tires brakes and other servicing. Jon followed up with me on more than one occasion to ensure everything was going as expected, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great customer service I attempted to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder from the dealer in Moncton (Rallye Motors). Night and day difference and worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to Da I attempted to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder from the dealer in Moncton (Rallye Motors). Night and day difference and worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to Dartmouth. In Moncton I was given paperwork to sign on 2 separate occasions that was supposed to represent the deal we had agreed on. In one case the KM's on the lease was reduced from what we had negotiated and in the second case they had made a mistake on the model we had discussed and presented paperwork for a lesser model. In no way did they try and correct their issue. Fast forward to Dartmouth where I was able to negotiate a deal at a better price, higher trade-in value and no "mistakes'. The people I dealt with the friendly, courteous and understand customer service (Christina and Elias). It's also worth noting that they had to jump through hoops to get the required vehicle from the autoport and did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied. I was recently back for service on my vehicle and they were quick and efficient. More

Very bad customer service It is unfortunate that we have just two Nissan Dealers in Halifax. The staff is not friendly at all. First off they waste your time asking for the s It is unfortunate that we have just two Nissan Dealers in Halifax. The staff is not friendly at all. First off they waste your time asking for the same questions that were answered when you booked your appointment. I wanted to know how long it would take to service my vehicle and nobody answered my question. I have a extended warranty sold by Nissan Ile Perrot Québec that is valid in North America. So far we were able to use it everywhere included in the US at Universal Nissan. When I showed them my extended warranty they immediately told that they don't deal with Group PPP so they won't bother calling them if any repair needs to be done. I was very frustrated by their square minded attitude. I love Nissan but unfortunately the service is so bad with the two dealers in Halifax that I would soon buy another brand. It is very unfortunate for Halifax Nissan Owners. More

Frankie and Christina I was car shopping next door to O'Regan's Nissan, when my daughter says lets look at Nissan, Frankie works there, he was in a meeting, while we were o I was car shopping next door to O'Regan's Nissan, when my daughter says lets look at Nissan, Frankie works there, he was in a meeting, while we were outside looking around he came out, Frankie sold the car, He was the best salesman I had ever seen, he knows his stuff, I am telling my husband things about the car and he says how do you know that ,Frankie! I had no thought of getting a Rouge and only for Frankie did I take it for a test drive, the Rouge sold itself after that, Frankie and Christina made it possible, other staff at the dealership couldn't have been nicer, being from out of town (3 hours away) the dealership were so helpful in getting things done. Even the Service Manager was getting off work stopped to talk to my husband, The follow up from Frankie and a letter from Nissan are ice touches, Nissan is very fortunate to have Frankie and Christina on their staff, the whole experience was a great one, so rare to find this kind of service in our fast paced world.
