I actually showed up unannounced after my pre-arranged test drives elsewhere that day, but they pulled a car which hadn't been tested in a while so I could feel safe, and still wiped it down before I got in. Erica was great at helping me hash out the offer and setting up the test drive and even taking my older car for a trade in. Kim C was fabulous to offer to do all the paperwork over the phone, but since I was already there, I decided to stay. So we kept our distance to begin the paperwork and then used email or phone to complete everything. When I needed to come back to sign I felt safe within the dealership and they had lots of signage and ample hand sanitizer. We even came up with a way for me to avoid sitting around while they worked on my PermaShine package! Honestly, I hadn't planned on buying a new car during a pandemic, but if I had to, I'm glad I close this location! More
