August 3/19 visit for concern about a Tire I was taken care of immediately by the Service Rep Tim in regards to my question and concern about possible damage to my back tire caused by an accide I was taken care of immediately by the Service Rep Tim in regards to my question and concern about possible damage to my back tire caused by an accident.. I asked Tim if he could have a Tech come out and check my tire and he did sent the Tech out immediately. I told Tim that I trust the opinion of Kia staff to check and give me an honest opinion in regards to this problem. I asked Tim to give a written copy of the Tech's statement as I want to make sure that there are no hassles with the Insurance Company and the Collision Shop in regards to this matter since these are new all season tires I bought from O'Regans Kia Halifax on May 3, 2019. I am a customer of Kia Halifax since 2009 and am very happy with the professionalism and service I receive from of all its staff. More

Had my car cleaned, inside and out I had discussed what service I was looking for with service representative Winnie Holley. She listened to what I wanted and made the recommendation ba I had discussed what service I was looking for with service representative Winnie Holley. She listened to what I wanted and made the recommendation based on my request and value. When I arrived for my appointment I stated I would be interested in an expanded cleaning. Winnie again gave me my options and made the recommendation, the Bronze package. She provided a shuttle home to wait and said she'd do her best to have it ready by noon. She called at 12:10 to say the shuttle driver would be there in 10 minutes. Was she ever spot on! The interior was thoroughly cleaned, even all the dog hair in the back. The trunk, mats … all superb! The dash, the windows … and don't get me started on the hand wax! Most importantly: my wife was ecstatic! It had been a while. Over the years I've trusted Winnie on taking care of my car and she has NEVER let me down. She updated me on my upcoming schedule and I look forward to seeing her again. More
