I showed up on time for my appointment and they were ready for me, they offered a shuttle to take me somewhere while the servicing was being done. I was able to wait in a very conformable waiting area (coffee, wifi, Tv) . My oil changed was done in a timely manner, I don't think this visit could have turned out any better. When I went to get my winter tires on, they accommodated me to get my maintenance done at the same time. They gave me a shuttle to get home, vehicle was fine earlier than expected and they got a shuttle to me to get my maintenance done at the same time.
