When we first arrived at the dealership we had a test drive with one salesman, and he was not friendly and did not seem knowledgeable. We went to Green Light to compare prices of used vehicles, after being drawn there by responding to an O-Regan's online ad promoting a free $25 gas card if you test drove one of their vehicles, and vehicles, after being drawn there by responding to an O-Regan's online ad promoting a free $25 gas card if you test drove one of their vehicles, and being subsequently texted to invite us in. First, they were unable to quickly find the representative who texted us, but they were friendly and Bob showed us around the lot pointing out vehicles that may fit our requirements ($10,000 range, 7 passenger). Subsequently, they brought in a Toyota Sienna from one of their other dealerships that is a comparable vehicle to the Oddessy, and we agreed to test it even though it was substantially past our upper limit (priced around $15,000). It was a good vehicle, however Bob didn't know the price of new ones, prices of similar appointed vehicles in the mileage range, or how to operate the seats. His input boiled down to "this is a quality van with a good name". The poor performance started after we went back to Bob's office. After telling him our preferred monthly payment (since we didn't want to pay cash), Bob proceeded to ask us many times the same question - what was a payment we would be comfortable with. When told that we wished to think about it, and take the worksheet with us to think over, we were told that we couldn't have the worksheet, and then were asked again what payment we would be comfortable with. After Bob called the manager ( a mere 50' away ) multiple times, saying he would see what he could do for us, we told him we had to go, as we had another appointment, and again that we would consider it. Rather than politely shaking our hands and encouraging us to come back and assuring us of their ability to help us, Bob then proceeded to call his manager again, making us uncomfortably wait as we didn't wish to be rude and simply walk out. Once out of his office, we were again asked the same questions by the manager on the way out. We were happy to be out of there, and would not recommend this dealer. We never were offered the gas card we were promised, but it's certainly not worth going back for. More

There's no dealership in the city that can offer the selection O'regans has or the customer service that Keith provided, not to mention the 6 months guarantee on all Green Light Certified vehicles! Walked into the dealership simply to check on prices. Harvey meet with us and after asking what we were interested in, drove us to one of thier dealers to test out a vehicle. By the time we arrived back Harvey meet with us and after asking what we were interested in, drove us to one of thier dealers to test out a vehicle. By the time we arrived back at Green Light, we were in the process of buying the vehicle! Harvey was excellent to deal with and Codey made the whole purchase process simple. There were two issues with the vehicle that were not taken care of before we took delivery. But they were quick to make things right. Overall a great experience. The easiest car purchase ever. More
