We had not anticipated making a purchase, and we certainly did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle now. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I just moved from Saskatchewan and had to downsize my vehicle for financial reasons. The experience I received in the past from other salespeople/dealerships caused me to believe that I would be judged, rushed, not taken seriously...or that I simply wouldn't receive all the help I needed. I WAS WRONG!! What I thought would be an uncomfortable experience turned out to be the most pleasant and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! Keith did a wonderful job at understanding me, understanding my needs, spending quite some time looking for the perfect vehicle that would fit my strict budget, and literally going out of his way to get it for me. He was patient, helpful, and actually a lot of fun to work with! Suddenly, downsizing my vehicle didn't seem so bad...I enjoyed the experience, and left with a Kia Rio that I just love!
