Best Dealer Experience I've Ever Had! Choosing to trade in my old 2007 Chevy Malibu was probably the hardest thing I ever did. I scoured the internet for weeks looking for something I was willing to trade in for. I wanted to stay within the O'Regans dealer family because I'd only ever dealt with them before when it came to repairs and service on my vehicle and I'd always been blown away by the level of friendliness and service given to me at each visit. Upon finding a car I was excited to schedule a test drive for, O'Regans got back to me within the hour after my initial interest to schedule the appointment. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and ensured I received the email reminder after I'd finished my phone call with him. Fast forward to the dealership visit itself: the salesman I dealt with (Peter Julian) was extremely no-pressure and even ensured that the vehicle I wanted to test drive was parked outside and ready to go before I got there. When it came time to talk financing options, they gave me a few numbers to give me a general overview of what payments would look like, and then asked where it was that I wanted to be in terms of payments so that they could try to make something work to the best of my advantage. When I sat down with Cody Hebb for financing finalization, he was even able to give me work warranty options into my payments that gave me wide coverage with little change to my initial payments. It definitely felt like everyone was working for MY benefit, and I definitely cannot appreciate that enough. Unfortunately, 2 weeks after I'd purchased the car, I realized that it wasn't the car I thought I'd wanted. I phoned up the dealership, and the Sales Manager (Anthony) was adamant that even though I was beyond the 7-day trade back clause, they wanted to ensure that I found the right car and to bring back the one I was driving to see about some sort of trade in. I gave them a list of vehicles I was interested in seeing off of their website. Some weren't even on their lot, but located in Halifax. That same day, they ensured that the vehicles from other lots were parked and waiting for me. Same friendly service and no-pressure sales; they worked again to give me the best possible deal under the circumstances, and even let me take a car I was extremely interested in for the weekend to give it a test drive before coming back to them with a final verdict. I ended up purchasing that car, and haven't looked back since. Coming from the West, my dealer experiences have always been sales-oriented and extremely pressurized, especially since I'm a single female. I'm very aware of the anatomy of vehicles; I used to perform my own servicing before I moved to Halifax. It was extremely refreshing and relaxing to walk into a dealer and be treated the way that I was. Never once did I feel stressed, and the entire process was pain-free. The dealership itself had a very wide selection of vehicles, especially considering the fact that some types of used vehicles aren't traded in as much as others. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a second-hand vehicle not wanting to go through the pain of a brand-specific dealer, and they will definitely be the first dealer I go back to should I still be in Halifax and interested in another vehicle purchase. More

We ended up purchasing a vehicle that day because Mark took the time to show us the many options that were available. We had not anticipated making a purchase, and we certainly did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle now. The car we purchased just happened to be the right one for our needs and was within the right price. Cody was very helpful with the financial side of things. The best way to describe my experience at Green Light is absolutely great. For us, our family and I felt respected throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle that met our needs. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I just moved from Saskatchewan and had to downsize my vehicle for financial reasons. The experience I received in the past from other salespeople/dealerships caused me to believe that I would be judged, rushed, not taken seriously...or that I simply wouldn't receive all the help I needed. I WAS WRONG!! What I thought would be an uncomfortable experience turned out to be the most pleasant and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! Keith did a wonderful job at understanding me, understanding my needs, spending quite some time looking for the perfect vehicle that would fit my strict budget, and literally going out of his way to get it for me. He was patient, helpful, and actually a lot of fun to work with! Suddenly, downsizing my vehicle didn't seem so bad...I enjoyed the experience, and left with a Kia Rio that I just love! I'm a happy customer...and would recommend Keith Boulegon to anyone!!! More

Saw the vehicle late Thursday afternoon, and Friday afternoon they gave us the keys to our 2009 Honda pilot with new snow tires mounted on it Friday morning.
